Stainless Steel Compact Pro Table Smoker Mounting kit

It is the most compact smoker in the series, but with a smoking chamber for meat, fish, cheeses, salami and foods in general, definitely well designed.
Allows to aromatize foods and lengthen their preservation, the structure is always in AISI 430 stainless steel, it includes a stainless steel AISI 304 grid and a burner drawer in stainless steel AISI 430.
Supplied with a 1 kg pack. of smoking material (compressed wood chips of Beech) for 10/20 cycles
Front sliding cover with total opening to allow horizontal insertion of the grill, equipped with thermometer insertion hole for temperature control.
The product is shipped in assembly KIT complete with burner drawer.
Optional accessories such as the electric starter kit, and extra external drawer for controlled cold smoking (with external burner drawer) that can be ordered separately.
