WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD
When you pay for your order by credit card, you'll be automatically redirected to a secure (SSL) page on the website of the bank handling the transaction. On this page, you can enter your card details with complete peace of mind.
If the payment is successful, confirmation is immediate and we will only receive a receipt number from the Bank.
Unlike in a traditional business (where your card details are passed under the eyes of the business owner, clerk, waiter, etc.), online transactions are completely secure because no one, except the bank handling the transaction, can access your credit card details.

When you place your order, the total amount is only "blocked" on your credit card (AUTHORIZATION). We will only proceed with the actual debit the day after the ordered goods are shipped.
In the event that shipping times exceed the expiration of the Authorization (for example, for "On Request" products, or products booked On Arrival, etc.), to avoid the expiration of the same, we reserve the right to charge the card before shipping.
In some cases, our Customer Service may contact you to request additional information to verify the actual ownership of the credit card. In this case, shipping times will begin upon completion of the checks.

In all cases of contract termination and subsequent order cancellation, before your credit card is actually charged, we will request that the blocked amount be released through the banking systems. The release time depends exclusively on your credit card issuer and, for some types of cards, may extend up to their natural expiration date, which is typically 24 days from the Authorization date.
WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT
If you already have a PayPal account and decide to purchase using this method, after submitting your order you will be directed to the PayPal checkout page (secure and SSL protected transaction) where you will simply enter the login credentials you chose when registering with PayPal.
If the payment is successful, PayPal will immediately debit the amount of the purchase made from your account and will simultaneously send us the confirmation of your order.
At no point during the purchase process are we able to access your credit card information or any other information entered into your PayPal wallet.
In some cases, our Customer Service may contact you to request additional information to determine the actual ownership of your PayPal account. In this case, shipping times will begin upon completion of the checks.
In all cases of contract termination and subsequent order cancellation, the purchase amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. The refund process for the payment method linked to your PayPal account depends exclusively on PayPal.

WITH UNICREDIT PAGONLINE
PagOnline is the UniCredit Group's online payment service, reserved for its account holders who have activated the Internet Banking Service.
It allows you to make purchases on the site without using a credit card, but by debiting the amount directly from your Unicredit current account in a completely secure manner.
The system will connect you in secure mode to the UniCredit website, where you'll access the Internet Banking service as usual using your membership code and PIN. To confirm the payment, you'll use the one-time password from your Password Card or UniCredit Pass (UniCredit's electronic device that displays a different password every 60 seconds), with all of UniCredit's security guarantees.
When you place your order, Unicredit will authorize only the total amount of the order (AUTHORIZATION). The total amount will actually be debited from your Unicredit account the day after the order is shipped, even partially.
In the event that shipping times exceed the AUTHORIZATION expiration date (for example, for "On Request" products, or products booked On Arrival, etc.), to avoid the expiration of the same, we reserve the right to charge the amount before shipping.
In all cases of contract termination and subsequent order cancellation, before the actual debit: we will request Unicredit to release the committed ("authorized") amount; after the actual debit: the relevant amount will be credited directly to your Unicredit account. The refund will be made promptly and in any case within 14 days of the order cancellation date.
At no point during the purchase process are we able to access information relating to your Unicredit account.

BY BANK TRANSFER
If you prefer, you can pay for your order by advance bank transfer to the bank details we will send you via email after receiving your order (within 24 working hours).
This payment method slows down the order processing process because we will wait for the payment to be credited to our account before shipping the items you purchased. This payment must be credited within 7 working days of receiving the "bank details" email.
After this deadline, the order will be considered cancelled (you will receive notification of this by email).
We recommend that you send us proof of payment (paper receipt or online transfer confirmation) once the transfer has been made.
The reason for the transfer must include: order number, order date, and the surname and name of the person placing the order (if different from the account holder from which the transfer originates).
The shipping times, i.e. the time it takes for the courier to collect the product, indicated in the Technical Data Sheet, will start from the date the bank transfer is received in our account (and not from the date the order is sent).
