Modes of payment

You can choose among different modes of payment. They are guaranteed in according to the most modern standards of security:
  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Cash on delivery to the courier
  • Pagonline by Unicredit
  • Bank transfer

WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD

If you pay your order with credit card, you will be directly sent to a secure page (SSL) on the website of the bank which will take care of the transaction. On this page you can quietly enter the data of your card. If the payment goes through, the confirmation will be immediate and we will only receive a payment slip’s number by the bank. The online transaction is absolutely sure, because nobody  (except the bank, which will take care of the transaction) can know the codes of your credit card contrary to what happens into a traditional commercial business where the owner, the shop assistant, the waiter and other people can read the data of your card.

We accept the following credit cards:
  • Visa
  • Master Card

We also accept every pay-as-you –go credit card which is associated with an international chain, for example PostePay.

When you confirm an order, the total amount is only tied up on the plafond of your credit card (AUTHORISATION). We will debit the actual sum only the day after the delivery of the ordered goods. If the delivery time is longer than the expiration of the authorisation, (for example for on demand or for booked and incoming products) we will reserve the right to debit the card before the delivery to avoid the expiry date.

In some cases our customer service could contact you in order to ask for further information which is suitable for ascertaining the actual title of the credit card. In this case the delivery time will start from the conclusion of the controls.

Agritech Store Sas will appear on the bank statement of the credit card.

In all cases of rescission of contract and consequent cancellation of the order before the actual debit on the credit card, we will ask for the clearance of the tied up amount through the bank systems. The time of clearance exclusively depends on the issuing bank of your credit card and, for some kinds of cards, it can reach the natural expiry date which is normally 24 days starting from the date of the authorisation.

WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT

If you already have a PayPal account and if you want to buy with this mode, you will be directly sent to the page of PayPal (sure and protected SSL transaction) after the transmission of your order. Here you only have to enter your access credentials that you chose by the registration to PayPal.
If the payment goes through, PayPal will immediate debit your account with the amount of your purchase and it will send us the confirmation of your order at the same time.
During the purchasing procedure, we cannot learn about the information of your credit card or other modes that you entered on your PayPal wallet.

In some cases our customer service could contact you in order to ask you for further information which is suitable for ascertaining the actual title of the PayPal account. In this case, the delivery time will start from the conclusion of the controls.

In all cases of rescission of contract and consequent cancellation of the order, your PayPal account will be soon re-credited with the amount of the purchase. The modes of credit of the account, which is linked to the PayPal account, exclusively depend on PayPal.

CASH ON DELIVERY TO THE COURIER

You can pay cash or by cheque made out to the courier. The specific accepted modes of payments can be different according to the courier and/or the delivery methods which you choose. We will communicate you the correct name of the account holder for the cheque and the specific accepted modes of payment of the selected courier (amount limits, kind of cheque…) with the email of delivery confirmation. If you pay cash, you are recommended to get the exact amount because the courier normally has no change.

If you pay on delivery, an additional small contribution is due. The exact amount of this contribution will be specifically and clearly explained during the purchasing procedure on the page regarding the choice of the modes of payment.

If the amount of your order is larger than the largest one which can be accepted by the courier (€ 1.000), we will ask you for the payment of the excess sum through a bank transfer. This is clearly explained during the purchasing procedure on the page regarding the modes of payment.

Please wait for the phone call of our Customer service which will give you the needed information for the down payment. In this case, the delivery time will start from the date of the bank transfer’s credit (not from the date of the order’s transmission).


Pay on delivery by a BRT point
This procedure follows the same rules of the “payment on delivery, to the courier.”
We inform you that the payment by BRT Point can be effected cash as much as €1.000 or with bank draft, made out to BRT.

THROUGH PAGONLINE BY UNICREDIT

Pagonline is the online payment service of Unicredit Group and it is reserved for the holders of its current accounts who have activated the Online Bank Service. It permits to shop on the website without using the credit card but directly and safely debiting the Unicredit current account with the amount. The system will safely send you to the website of Unicredit where you can sign in the online Bank service page as usual thanks to your access credentials and your Pin code. In order to confirm the payment you will use the “disposable “ password of your Password card or of the Unicredit Pass ( an electronic device of Unicredit which displays different passwords every 60 seconds) with all Unicredit guaranties about the security of the operation.

When you order Unicredit will only tie up and authorize the total amount of the order (authorisation). The Unicredit account will be actually debited with the total amount only the day after the complete or partial delivery of the ordered goods.

If the delivery time is longer than the expiration of the authorisation (for example for “on demand “or for “booked and incoming” products), we will reserve the right to debit the account before the delivery to avoid the expiration.

In all cases of rescission of contract and consequent cancellation of the order:

-before the actual debit, we ask Unicredit for the clearance of the tied up amount (authorised),
-after the actual debit, your Unicredit account will be credited with the specific amount. The repayment will be promptly effected within 14 days after the cancellation of the order.

During the purchasing procedure we are not able to know the information of your Unicredit account.

If you want to use this mode of payment but you are not a Unicredit customer, please look at the website www.unicredit banca.it and choose the current account, which is suitable for your requirements. You can ask for it online.

WITH BANK TRANSFER

If you prefer, you can pay through an advance bank transfer. We will communicate you the bank details per e-mail after the receipt of your order (within the following 24 working hours).
