Vorrei capire se posso eseguire l'affumicatura a freddo anche senza accessorio opzionale per l’affumicatura a freddo (con cassetto bruciatore esterno), usando la classica chiocciolina da inserire direttamente nell'affumicatore. R Certamente, nella camera di affumicatura può inserire la chiocciola per produrre il fumo, chiaramente la produzione di fumo potrebbe essere minore, però dipende dalle dimensioni della chiocciola ovviamente, e dalla temperatura che vuole avere in camera.

The material is REBER smoke from beech and oak, compressed, without use of adhesives and other chemicals.
The treatment dicompressione allows to obtain a yield twice as much in terms of heat and smoke compared to the uncompressed material available on the market.
