It is the largest version of the ultra-rapid direct cooking system, reproducing infrared emissions from the embers, thanks to a micro-perforated ceramic gas stove.

Easily create a perfect steak in a very short time: about 3 minutes, the Turbogrill is a gas barbecue, which works with an infrared ceramic burner and heats to more than 800 ° C in a very short time.
Direct infrared rays cook meat, fish and many foods in no time. Direct exposure to the beam allows perfect cooking thanks to pure heat, without barriers between the heat source and the food, this involves rapid cooking and a Maillard effect that creates a grilled and tasty crust on the meat, which imprisons the juices and flavors of meat or fish.
Enjoy a grilled meat, golden, juicy, tasty, with rich and unmatched aromas, which cannot be obtained with other cooking methods. The advantageous cooking surface allows cooking at once for several people with an AISI 304 stainless steel grill measuring 22x35.3 cm and 3 mm thick, that is 20x33 cm useful.
The 3-plate ceramic burner measures 12.5x18 cm in total and develops 3900 W of power and covers the entire grill thanks to its radius at an angle of 5 °.

Cleaning is simplified on the one hand thanks to the speed and heat that limit splashes and burns residues and on the other thanks to the juice recovery container and removable internal walls.

The Turbogrill is entirely made of 2 mm thick AISI 430 stainless steel, resistant to deformation due to strong heat and which favors thermal insulation of the walls. The sturdy and stable base, also in stainless steel, is equipped with non-slip rubber pads that make the appliance safe and respect the surfaces on which it rests.

With the Turbogrill you will enhance the flavor of the meat and offer the best matured meats (such as Dry Aged Beef) a cooking worthy of their quality.
In addition to meat, you will get equally spectacular results with fish whose skin and bones peel off easily after cooking.

EXAMPLES of Turbogrill COOKING:

For a rib eye steak, thick steak, or a Florentine steak, cook 3-4 minutes per side in the middle of the grill for rare meat, then 1 minute on each side just below the grill for a grilled crust. Salt, pepper and serve.

For a fillet of beef or steak: 1 minute on each side in the middle of the grill, then 30 seconds on each side above the grill. Leave to rest for 5 minutes in tightly closed aluminum foil for a juicy and tasty meat. Salt and pepper.

Make lamb chops that are flavorful and don't get wet in their fat by leaving them under the burner for 60 seconds per side. You can also marinate them previously.

For a whole fish, count 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat, it is cooked when the skin begins to swell.

For the fish fillets it takes only 60-90 seconds under the grill with the skin down.

For small fish such as anchovies or sardines, less than 1 minute under the burner is sufficient.

The previously vacuum-cooked meats can be grilled and put to temperature in 1 minute under the grill, the grilling at the Turbogrill therefore adapts very well to this cooking method.
