The customer must fill in the fields which regard:
-holder, data for the invoice, destination of the goods and telephone number
-description of the model and quantity of the product which you want to receive ( if you do not specify it, we consider 1 piece)
-the mode of payment which you have chosen :bank transfer or payment with credit card
-in the end you can add some personal notes regarding the order
