The PIP model
For the moment, it is the smallest of the manual fruit crushers that the GRIFO company produces.
Practical and simple in operation, it is composed of a stainless steel hopper, like all the screws, and an enamelled steel stretcher.
A flywheel allows manual use and transmits the rotary movement to gears and toothed rollers for a fruit crushing and breaking action. Rollers and gears are entirely made of nylon, with stainless steel knives, guaranteed and certified for food use.
The two rollers are adjustable by a few millimetres; the quality of the materials guarantees reliability and robustness of the machine.
The PIG model
It is the largest of the manual fruit presses produced by the GRIFO company.
The machine has a stainless steel hopper and an enamelled steel stretcher; thanks to a flywheel, all the internal mechanisms are manually operated: gears, agitator equipped with a series of knives for rapid chopping of the fruit and rollers for a preliminary crushing action.
Rollers and gears are all made of nylon, adjustable by a few millimetres. Robustness, reliability and long life are guaranteed.
