AISI 304 stainless steel float for air chamber closure


This AISI 304 stainless steel float for ever-filling tanks in BA finish is obtained from a mould for closing an air chamber from Ø 380 to Ø 990,

 

What is BA (2R) stainless steel?:

BA (Bright Annealed) or 2R stainless steel is a specific surface finish produced by cold-rolled stainless steel mills, mainly for AISI 304 and AISI 316 grades and in thicknesses up to a maximum of 3.0 mm. During its production, the stainless steel is annealed in an inert gas atmosphere after cold rolling, which produces a reflective, shiny, and smooth surface texture.
