How does the olive defoliator work?
The DEFP olive defoliator works by using a flow of air generated by an internal fan, powered by a 0.3 HP electric motor. When the olives are poured into the upper tank, the fan separates the lighter leaves and twigs from the olives, which then fall clean to the lower tank. The adjustable guard allows you to control the direction and intensity of the airflow for optimal cleaning.
