"AMADEA" Grain Mill with Natural Granite Stone Millstones

Original Salzburg Amadea Grain Mill: Mills Following Ancient Traditions

A mill that has remained seemingly unchanged for 35 years: elegant and of timeless beauty.
We read and hear all kinds of compliments and praise about him, justified by the fact that there is no other mill that has enjoyed such great success on the market for such a long time.

I've known this mill since childhood, and my children will grow up with it too, because that's what happens when things have a concrete value; they're passed down from generation to generation!

mixed grains for milling With natural granite stone millstones,
Amadea is a beautiful mill or "molino" in every way, a true jewel that finds a home in any kitchen.
This way, you can develop your culinary ambitions to the fullest: spiced bread, delicious cakes and desserts, refined aromatic products, even the most difficult recipes ensure success with the smooth natural stone in obtaining an "extra finely ground flour", because the secret of good pasta... is FLOUR!
Ideal for every type of family, it satisfies every need and requirement, the quality of the fineness in grinding establishes its first position in the markets, which is why it is not important to us whether this mill grinds 200g or 100g in a minute because time is not the qualitative characteristic of our product, but only the quality of the product generated.
Of course it can also grind corn, rice, etc. For grinding durum wheat we recommend a grinder from the MT series like this one.

mixed cereals for flour with mill Faithfully tied to tradition, we strive to preserve the ancient values of mills ( or molini, from the Latin molinum deriving from mola ) by building them in the most natural way possible: from real solid beech combined with natural granite as the heart of the mill. Furthermore, as far as technically feasible, we do not use plastic or metal where there is direct contact with the flour.
We've also replaced the tried-and-tested metal wire technology with a simple manual knob for those who prefer to do it themselves.
According to our philosophy, we do not use plastic wires but a friction lift for a system of raising and lowering the lower stone.
It's fascinating to see how simple it is to fine-tune the grinding adjustment.
Furthermore, to clean the grinder, a quick release movement with your hand is enough, without having to use any tools to open it.

CHARACTERISTICS:
  • Ease of adjusting the grinding degree.
  • Granite grinding: grain has always been ground with natural stones.
  • The surface of natural granite is smoother than the surface of the corundum-ceramic grinding wheel.
  • Its natural origin is probably the reason that makes the difference in the quality of the milled flour.
  • Expert bakers have tested this “natural stone flour” and given the following assessment: “ this is an exceptional flour!!
  • The properties of natural stone in cooking have been repeatedly confirmed by farmers, bakers, home cooks and famous chefs.
  • The beech wood structures are hand-worked with organic beeswax.
  • The grinding chamber and funnel (excluding the grinding wheel holder) are made of hard beech without artificial treatments.
  • 360W industrial motor, compact, stable, silent, large in size, resistant to interference and maintenance-free.

D Sono interessato all'acquisto di questo mulino di Salisburgo MT5, vorrei sapere se ha in dotazione un libretto di manutenzione in italiano. grazie.
R Confermo, libretto in Italiano
