DESCRIPTION:
NILEX is a high-performance, green grease with exceptional adhesive power and excellent mechanical stability. Special manufacturing processes and additives create a grease with extraordinary properties in terms of resistance to pressure, water, even salt water, and humidity. NILEX is completely water-resistant and therefore ideal for lubricating critical points under water, even salt water. NILEX is particularly suitable for use in steel mills and foundries, enameling and glassworks, and all industrial machinery exposed to heat. It has also demonstrated its superiority on hydraulic hammers. It is not recommended for high-speed bearings with dn factors greater than 200,000.
APPLICATIONS:
NILEX is used for all types of bearings subjected to high loads and stresses, at relatively high temperatures, and in harsh operating conditions. NILEX is also used on hammers, earthmoving machinery, agricultural machinery, and slewing rings.
