The GT V40 screen is equipped with four screening screens, each with a specific function to ensure precise and qualitative separation of the product:

First net with loops: intercepts the leaves and waste elements, conveying them into the second tray.

Second 6 mm perforated mesh: separates the noble product from the coarser waste.

Third 4 mm perforated mesh: selects the grain size of the sifted herbs, ensuring fine processing.

Fourth filter mesh: separates dust and smaller seeds, completing the sifting process.

The machine is equipped with a Boost function that can be activated when necessary, useful for clearing the trays of any obstructions and maintaining a constant workflow.
