Nils FOOD HT grease represents the pinnacle of lubrication evolution : complex aluminium soap , high viscosity base oil, EP additives and carefully selected solid lubricants.
This special grease was created for the food and pharmaceutical industries, which require an extremely high-performance product capable of dramatically extending relubrication intervals. It is virtually immune to physiological problems if accidentally brought into contact with food, pharmaceuticals, or beverages intended for human consumption. FOOD HT is a tasteless, odorless, white product formulated according to FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 specifications, NSF H1 certified, and meets HALAL and KOSHER specifications.
Use:
FOOD HT has been designed for the lubrication of low and medium speed rolling and sliding bearings in extreme operating conditions such as: high loads, high operating temperatures, presence of water or steam, lack of seals, etc.
Its specific formulation allows it to be used in centralized lubrication systems. It is compatible with most seals used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, and contains no potentially abrasive additives. It is particularly suitable for use in the canning and dairy industries, in the production of baked goods, in the packaging of beverages and spirits, and in dicing machines for animal feed production.
