Malgré les tarifs compétitifs et la qualité des produits, je suis déçu par l'envoi du colis. Le carton était trop petit pour les articles et il a été rapiécé avec un carton différent. La machine sous vide achetée n'était pas dans le carton d'origine et mal protégé. Le colis est arrivé endommagé avec un une pièce tordue. Dommage, car le matériel est de qualité, il faudrait soigné l'emballage afin que le transporteur en soit plus soigneux.

Ordine effettuato il martedì arrivo il lunedì successivo. Sul sito era indicato disponibile un prodotto che invece non c'era. Nonostante la cortesissima attenzione del venditore non sono riusciti a fare la consegna il venerdì come da mia richiesta. Non posso verificare il contenuto perché i tappi acquistati sono in un unica confezione ( 2000 tappi e 1494 tappi e dovrei contarli uno a uno). Le spese di spedizione sono un po' alte, 18,30 euro. Per la merce, tutto bene: è ciò che volevo.
