The Roma barbecue is made from coated sheet metal, with a protective panel made from AISI Type 430 stainless steel. The barbecue is very robust and sturdy, thanks to the design of the tube and base, and is equipped with a grill measuring 43 cm.
The tube’s main function is to serve as a chimney, and thanks to the adjustable aeration system, it means the fire can be lit quickly and air flow can be increased or decreased as desired.
At the bottom of the tube, there is also a handy and unique ash drawer, which is useful when cleaning the barbecue.
