Balfor Samurai 700 EM circular saw: wood cutting with a moving blade
The Balfor Samurai 700 EM is a professional circular saw designed to make cutting firewood practical, quick and less tiring. Its main feature is the 
moving disc system : unlike traditional circular saws with a stand, the blade descends from above towards the trunk during cutting.
This solution allows the operator to keep the wood supported on the work surface without having to push the weight of the log and the sawhorse against the blade, reducing effort during repeated operations.
The Samurai 700 EM is equipped with a 700 mm Widia blade and can process logs up to 25 cm in diameter . The 3 HP single-phase 220V electric motor also allows the machine to be used without a tractor, making it a suitable solution for both agricultural use and professional firewood preparation.
Moving disc system: practical cutting with less effort
The movable blade is one of the main strengths of the Balfor Samurai 700 EM. During operation, the log remains supported on the table while the circular blade lowers from above to make the cut. This eliminates the need to push the stand and wood towards the blade, as is the case with traditional tilting circular saws.
The system facilitates operations during repeated cuts and makes firewood preparation more convenient. The 700 mm Widia blade allows you to cut logs with a maximum diameter of 25 cm .
