EUROPEAN REGULATION - EXPLOSIVE PRECURSORS

WHAT ARE?
They are chemicals that could turn into explosives relatively easily simply by mixing them with other chemicals.
WHO CAN BUY THESE PRODUCTS?
From that date these products can only be purchased by professional customers , who will have to sign a document / declaration that includes certain data, specifically:
Area of activity, company name, and VAT number or other company registration data.
Intended use of the products
Identity document of the signatory responsible
WHY ALL THIS ?
Everything starts from an action plan started in April 2008 aimed at improving safety in the European community, regulating the marketing and use of explosives precursors, especially if they are made illegally and at low costs at home.
In 2013 the regulation (EU) n. 98/2013 by the European Parliament, subsequently repealed with Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 20 June 2019, again relating to the placing on the market and use of explosives precursors, which amends the regulation (CE) n. 1907/2006.
