Our mini-dairy is made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304, perfectly suitable for contact with food.
The
the mini-cheese factory includes a boiler with airtight lid, a coockers gas for heating the milk, a tub for the surfacing of cream, drying and salting the cheese, a thermometer, a penny rompicagliata, and several different molds for shaping cheese, double skimmer.

Operation:
The mini-cheese factory allows to work from
30 to 65 liters of milk per single production cycle with the possibility of producing a cheese of medium seasoning and cottage cheese.
Our mini-dairy is addressed directly to small farms and private farms with the aim of enhancing its resources and generate income or to make educational demonstrations on the art of cheese-making.
