Smoky® The express smoker
The express smoker Smoky®, small and space saving, allows to smoke in various ways and with different essences all foodstuff in the desired amount.
It is possible to smoke cooked and uncooked food, from marinated pork tenderloin to ricotta cheese wheel to big slices of salmon.
The Smoky® smoker works by cold smoke. The cold smoke is more efficient compared to the hot smoke because it doesn’t disperse up and so remains in contact with the food to smoke. Moreover the low temperature smoke
avoids the formation of bacterium and doesn’t cook the food.
HOW TO USE IT
The food can be smoked in any kind of container with cover: in a glass jar, in a cloche dish, in food bags, in Plexiglas containers, to fi ll the entire oven chamber.

“SMOKE WATER”
