Our vacuum containers are made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel, with thickness and design aimed at ensuring the best resistance at the extraction of air; the heat treatment ( recrystallization annealing ), the excellent polishing, in addition to the type of stainless steel used, give the containers an excellent corrosion resistance. Vacuum is achieved by a pump which extracts the air in the container, allowing the reduction of oxygen, which is a vital gas man, but also for microorganisms such as bacteria and molds. Hence, their proliferation is blocked and any fermentative activities are inhibited. Storage in vacuum containers allows to significantly reduce and delay the deterioration of food (loss of flavor, darkening of the fruit , etc. .). Moneywise, vacuum storage is a great advantage because it delays the need to consume all food prepared during the day, e nsuring the same quality of the product (freshness , taste , safety, etc. .). Finally, note that stainless steel containers are the most suitable for the conservation of those foods which, in vacuum bags, would run the risk of being crushed.
